Black Triangle Human Rights Campaign
Dear Friends,
I’m John, Black Triangle’s campaign co-ordinator. First of all, a big thank you for your support!
We are hoping to be able to organise a mass demonstration of all campaign groups under our banner in time for the Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham.

I will be pitching articles to the media in the coming two months in an attempt to blow the whistle loudly & show the DWP & ATOS the Red Card.
So please help our campaign to go “viral” as they say! Also, please email me with any stories you have that we can take the issues up for you, & bring the injustice, harassment &/or discrimination to light.
Please also use the ECHR Disability Harassment Questionnaires (link posted above by Apple) & make sure your voice gets heard! That is essential.
It is our contention that the “Work Capability Assessments” themselves are discriminatory & violate the fundamental human rights of sick & disabled people. We are seeking an avenue of legal challenge – test cases to expose, seriously embarrass; humiliate & shame the Government.
I will be consulting with expert lawyers in the field in the coming weeks & hope to have a clear plan of action by the end of August.
